Obituary for Harry Paul Fleming
CONCORD- Harry Paul Fleming, 65, passed away at his home on May 5, 2023.
A 7pm Wednesday (May 10, 2023) funeral service will be held in the Wilkinson Funeral Home chapel officiated by Rev. Tim Blackburn. He will be laid to rest at the Salisbury National Cemetery in a private burial. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-7pm at Wilkinson Funeral Home.
In Clarksburg West Virginia, Harry was born on November 21, 1957. His parents were Harry T. Winters and Frances Rae (nee: Miller.) He was a veteran of the US Army where he served in the 101st Airborne Division. He was a guy with many skills and talents and commonly know as a “Jack of All Trades” He spent the last 14 years as a truck driver for International Express. He was a super proud grandfather!
He was preceded in death by his son, Harry Paul Fleming Jr.; granddaughter, Cayla Fleming; and brothers, Larry Winters, Scott Winters, and David Winters.
Mr. Fleming is survived by his son, Matthew Fleming(Sierra) of Cape Coral Florida, Daughter, Tiffany D. Fleming of Lexington; his companion, Glenda Laws; sisters, Debbie Davison, Garnet Kanouff, Kelly Whitehair, Heather Flessner, and Libby Carter; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Fleming; and grandchildren, Alisha, Jordan, Tyler, Emma, Aria, Anastacia, Alex, and Nate.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis NC 28081.
