Obituary for Linda Elaine Kinsey (Eudy)
Mrs. Linda Eudy Kinsey, of Kannapolis, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.
Her funeral will be 12:00 PM Saturday at Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Terry Smith. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home, with family viewing at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow the service at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 17236 Frog Pond Rd., Oakboro, NC.
Linda was born in Stanly County to the late Craven Dewey Eudy and Betty Evelyn Lambert Eudy. She was also preceded in death by sisters Carol Spears and Jane Eudy, and brothers Harry and Ronnie Eudy.
Linda worked at Waffle House (Moncks Corner, Salisbury) for 14 years and Shoney’s (Charleston) for 25 years. She loved to cook for everyone, collected bicycles, and also loved her flowers.
Linda is survived by daughter Robin S. Weaver and husband Mark of Concord; grandchildren Mark Huneycutt (Melissa), and Tabatha Huneycutt Mills (Rusty); great grandsons Josh and Jantzen; great granddaughters Jayden, Jordan, Hunter, and Riley; brother Don Eudy and wife Margaret, and a host of nieces and nephews.
