Obituary for Marvin Mythice Furr
Mr. Marvin Mythice “Jack” Furr, 94 of Concord passed away on Tuesday May 9, 2023.
The family will hold a graveside service on Friday at 1pm at West Concord Cemetery with Rev. Jim Strickland officiating.
Mr. Furr was born on April 17, 1929 to the late Mathew and Laura Furr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Kennedy Furr and son Marvin Eugene “Gene” Furr. Mr. Furr is survived by his son Mr. Timmy Furr and wife Andrea ,one brother Jerry Furr and one grandson Brandon Furr.
Mr. Furr retired from the Charlotte Pipe Foundry.
