Obituary for Dawn Dees
Ms. Trina Dawn Ritchie Dees, age 69 of Monroe, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Hospice of Union County.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 1:30 pm Thursday, February 11 at Wilkinson Funeral Home. A private graveside will be held for the family.
Dawn was born October 15, 1951 in Cabarrus county, and was the daughter of the late Howard Ray Ritchie and Helen Moore Ritchie. She was also preceded in death by a niece, Renee Ritchie.
Dawn worked in Real Estate/Property Management for the majority of her life. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, RaDawn Dees of Monroe; granddaughters, Alyssa and Kayla Kennedy and beloved great-nephew, Patrick Ritchie; brother, Ken Ritchie and his wife, Tammy of Irmo, SC; nieces, Bethany, Rebekah and their families.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110, or to the American Cancer Society, 1901 Brunswick Ave #100, Charlotte, NC 28207.
